The Fairhaven School was built in 1929 and ran as an elementary school up until 2009. This grand old building sits on 9.9 acres with prime frontage to Hwy 66. What was once the old gymnasium featuring original hardwood floors & bleachers has been converted to a sanctuary with seating capacity for over 200 people. There are 12 classrooms with old school charm such as built-in cabinets and transom window. ”The downstairs bathrooms have been recently updated and are accessible while the upstairs bathrooms remind you of your childhood.” There is a commercial kitchen with an attached cafeteria and walk-in fridge. The onsite apartment, along with additional modular buildings provides all sorts of opportunities. There is a large parking lot with adequate handicap parking as well. Use your imagination on this one!
